Appointment and program requests may include contact details, scheduling preferences, and information needed to arrange the requested experience. Please avoid sending medical records, payment card details, government identification, or other sensitive information through the contact form.

Accounts and profile information

Account information is stored in the website’s WordPress membership system. The visibility of profile fields depends on the membership form and directory settings. Share only what you are comfortable making available through those features, and contact us if you have a question about a field’s visibility.

Links to The Guided Nook, A Hike with God, and other websites lead to separate sites with their own privacy practices. Guided Warriors membership does not automatically connect accounts on those websites.

We use your inquiry details to answer your inquiry. Any optional mailing-list signup is a separate choice. If you receive a subscribed update, use its unsubscribe instructions or contact us to change your preference.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us about the personal information associated with your account, request a correction, or request deletion by contacting us. We may need to verify that you are the account holder before acting. Some records may need to be retained to resolve an active request, maintain transaction records, or meet applicable obligations.

Youth and community participation

Youth participation requires review of the relevant program’s eligibility and parent or guardian requirements. Please contact us before submitting sensitive information about a child.

Group participation does not guarantee that other participants will keep a shared story confidential. Our Community Guidelines describe expectations for respecting personal stories and obtaining permission for photos or recordings.
